Several factors that cause anemia experienced by adolescents are lack of knowledge of anemia and nutritional intake which affects the choice of nutritious food consumption, not being used to breakfast, the habit of drinking tea and coffee which inhibits the absorption of iron in the body, and intake of several nutrients that are less than the AKG, iron intake is deficient and adolescent girls are not routinely consuming Fe tablets. <strong>Purpose:</strong> The study aims to determine the effect of giving mackerel nuggets and moringa leaves on increasing hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Falah. <strong>Methods:</strong> This study is a quasi-experimental study. With a One Group Pre test-Post test Design research design. Klasifikasi gizi kurang berdasarkan Indeks Massa Tubuh menurut Umur (IMT/U) usia 5-18 tahun jika berada pada <em>Z-Score</em> antara -3 standar deviasi sampai dengan &lt;-2 standar deviasi. <strong>Tujuan :</strong> Diketahui gambaran penyuluhan gizi menggunakan media video animasi terhadap perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, asupan energi, dan asupan zat gizi makro pada remaja gizi kurang di SMP Negeri 27 Palembang. <strong>Metode :</strong> Desan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan <em>quasi eksperimen</em>, dengan <em>one group pre test-post test.</em> Jumlah sampel 36 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel <em>systematik random sampling</em>. <strong>Hasil :</strong> Dari hasil analisis data, menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan sebelum perlakuan 53,67 setelah perlakuan yaitu 78,44. Sikap sebelum perlakuan 80,85 setelah perlakuan 87,62. Asupan energi sebelum perlakuan 1943,22 kkal setelah perlakuan 2153,54 kkal. Asupan protein sebelum perlakuan 52,88 gram setelah perlakuan 66,81 gram. Asupan lemak sebelum perlakuan 60,60 gram setelah perlakuan 73,50 gram. Research shows that students who regularly have breakfast tend to have better levels of concentration and memory compared to those who skip breakfast, as well as experiencing lower levels of stress and anxiety. Sekitar dua pertiga pasien&nbsp;kanker&nbsp;memiliki&nbsp;keragaman&nbsp;makanan yang rendah. Seiring naiknya masalah gizi seperti obesitas, kurang gizi, dan penyakit terkait gizi salah satunya kanker, pemahaman tentang nilai gizi makanan yang dikonsumsi sangat penting. <strong>Tujuan</strong><strong> Penelitian</strong> : membahas paparan literasi digital dapat memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran gizi dan keberagaman pangan serta potensi dampak positifnya pada individu dan masyarakat dalam pencegahan kanker. <strong>Metode</strong> : <em>Systematic Literatur Review</em> (SLR) dengan database tinjauan sistematis yang digunakan yaitu Consensus App, semantic scholar,dan Pubmed. Terpilih 9 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. <strong>Hasil</strong> : Literasi pola makan dan diterapkan dapat berdampak pada terjadinya pencegahan kanker pada individu. Karena itu peran literasi keberagaman pangan sangat penting dalam upaya pencegahan kanker. Namun, di Indonesia penelitian tentang keberagaman pangan terhadap pencegahan kanker masih jarang ditemukan. The innovation of burgo with the addition of white oyster mushrooms and seaweed is an alternative high-fiber food.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Objective</em></strong><em>: To find out the acceptance, best formulation, differences in each acceptances, nutritional value, and fiber content of burgo with the addition of white oyster mushrooms and seaweed as a breakfast menu for the elderly.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Methods</em></strong><em>: This study was an experimental study using a non-factorial Completely Randomzed Design (CRD) with 3 formulations off adding white oyster mushrooms and seaweed F1 (75g:150g), F2 (100g:125g), F3 (125g:100g). The subjects of this study was organoleptic with 35 of panelist using the Kruskal Wallis test and&nbsp; continued by Mann-Whitney test.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Result</em></strong><em>: Organoleptic tests (color, aroma, texture, taste, aftertaste, and overall) showed the most preferred that acceptance of burgo with the addition of white oyster mushrooms and seaweed F2 with energy 85,83 kcal, protein 4,40 gram, fat 1,99 gram, carbohydrates 10,34 gram, and fiber 1,56 gram. The method employed in this research is a qualitative approach, where data is presented descriptively through the collection of information using questionnaires distributed to students. The results indicate that students with low levels of physical activity have a higher proportion in the underweight and obesity categories, while those who are physically active show better BMI status. These findings highlight the importance of physical activity in maintaining health and preventing obesity. Hasan Palembang https://jurnal.poltekkespalembang.ac.id/index.php/jgk/article/view/2528 <p><strong>Latar Belakang: </strong>Diabetes adalah kondisi kronis yang serius di mana kadar glukosa dalam darah meningkat karena tubuh tidak mampu memproduksi insulin yang cukup atau tidak dapat menggunakan insulin secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan asupan zat gizi makro, tingkat pengetahuan, dan kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe II di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Palembang.</p> <p><strong>Metode:</strong>Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar quisioner, form recall,serta alat glukometer dan data rekam medis.</p> <p><strong>Hasil:</strong>Dari hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa responden sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan kurang (60,0%), memiliki asupan energi lebih sebanyak 24 orang (80,0%) ,asupan protein&nbsp; baik sebanyak 26 orang (86,7%), asupan lemak baik sebanyak 16 orang (53,3%), asupan karbohidrat baik sebanyak 21 orang (70,0%), rata-rata kadar glukosa darah 1 sebelum edukasi adalah 271,20 dan rata-rata kadar glukosa darah 2 sesudah edukasi adalah 157,30 mg/dl.</p> <p><strong>Kesimpulan:</strong>Karakteristik responden yang didapatkan, sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan pekerjaan paling banyak yaitu sebagai Ibu Rumah Tangga dengan kategori umur yang paling banyak berusia 50-64 tahun. Menurut tingkat pendidikan didapatkan yang paling banyak SMA/Sederajat .Tingkat pengetahuan pada penderita diabetes melitus di rumah sakit Bhayangkara Moh. Hasan Palembang sebanyak 26 orang memiliki pengetahuan kurang.
