The prevalence of obesity aged 13 – 15 years is 8,3% and obesity is 2,5%. </span></em></p> <p><strong><em>Objective:</em></strong><em><span style="font-weight: 400;"> This research is to determine carbohydrate intake and physical activity in junior high school students who experience overweight and obesity nutritional status in Tasikmalaya City. </span></em></p> <p><strong><em>Method:</em></strong><em><span style="font-weight: 400;"> This research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional design which was carried out from February to April 2023. Data were collected using anthropometric measurements to determine the nutritional status of respondents, interviews using the SQ-FFQ and IPAQ formulas to determine carbohydrate intake and physical activity. Data collections used a total sampling technique of 20 respondents.</span></em></p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em><span style="font-weight: 400;"> There were 20 respondents who were obese. Most respondents were aged 13 – 14 years (85%). The majority of gender is male at 90%. Respondents with obesity were 50% and non-obese were 50%. Carbohydrate intake in the over category is 35%. This happened because the nutritional needs of the mother and fetus increase&nbsp;so that they were at high risk of it.</p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: This research is to find out the effect of&nbsp;provision of mandiri pocket book (kusadari) consumption knowledge and compliance&nbsp;tablet for adding blood for pregnant mothers.</p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: This research type was a Quasy&nbsp;Experimental Design with a pretest-posttest design used. The subjects of this study were&nbsp;pregnant women in the first and second trimesters and the number of samples was 35<br>respondents. Data were taken using a questionnaire and analyzed using univariate and&nbsp;bivariate analysis.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: There was a difference in the knowledge score at the end of&nbsp;the study before and after education with pocket book media (p = 0.000), while the&nbsp;compliance score at the end of the study showed a difference in compliance before and&nbsp;after education with pocket book media (p = 0.000).</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: There was an effect of&nbsp;providing an independent monitoring pocket book on the knowledge and compliance of&nbsp;the consumption of Blood-Added Tablets (TTD) in pregnant women. Food problems in Indonesia are characterized&nbsp;by cases of food poisoning where food safety is often ignored. The presence of coliform&nbsp;bacteria or Escherichia coli in food is an indicator to determine the level of quality of food&nbsp;and beverages microbiologically.</p> <p><strong>The purpose</strong> : To identify the presence of Escherichia&nbsp;coli and coliform bacteria in school canteen snacks.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: This research is&nbsp;descriptive qualitative. The samples in this study were flavored ice, cilor, and fried<br>chicken. The test for Escherichia coli and coliform bacteria content using the Total Plate&nbsp;Count (TPC) method was carried out at the UPT Laboratory of Health and Environment of&nbsp;the Riau Provincial Health Office.</p> <p><strong>The results</strong>: This study showed that the cilor sample&nbsp;identified the presence of coliform bacteria (100 colonies/g) and fried chicken (50&nbsp;colonies/g). The purpose of this study was to find out the description of menu variations and food tastes on students' eating satisfaction at MAN 3 Palembang dormitory. This research was conducted in May 2023, the number of samples was 71 people. This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional design. Data collection used a questionnaire with univariate and bivariate data results. The results of univariate analysis showed that 61 female students (85.9%) had menu variations in the non-variable category, 58 female students (81.7%) Food Color in the attractive category, 69 female students (97.2%) Food Portion in the good category, 58 female students (81.7%) Food Aroma is in the good category, 52 female students (73.2%) Food Temperature is in the good category, 71 female students (100%) Maturity Level is in the good category, 64 Food Seasonings are in the delicious category female students (90.1%).This proves that the variety of menus at MAN 3 Palembang Dormitory is not good. As many as 76% of women<br>in Indonesia are affected by premature aging.</p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: To review premature aging&nbsp;of the skin: Symptoms, causal factors, and prevention.</p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: In this study we used&nbsp;a research method in the form of a literature review, namely a series of research<br>relating to library data collection methods taken via Google Scholar with a vulnerable&nbsp;limit of 2010-2023.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: Based on reviewed journals regarding premature aging&nbsp;of the skin, there is a relationship between a healthy lifestyle and premature aging. The most popular food in general is noodles. The content of β-carotene and&nbsp;fiber in noodles by adding pumpkin with cork fish modification in making dry noodles is&nbsp;expected to help meet food needs in disaster emergency situations.</p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: This&nbsp;research aims to determine the hedonic quality of color, aroma, taste, texture and overall<br>quality of dry noodle products.</p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: Experimental research design. The independent&nbsp;variables are dry noodles made from pumpkin modified by snakehead fish, hedonic&nbsp;quality. The panelists are totaling 30 people. Based on the 2013 Riskesdas, the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia was 21.7%, with 26.4% of sufferers aged 5-14 years and 15-24 aged 18.4% with a prevalence of anemia in women of 23.7%. One of the efforts to prevent anemia in young women can be done by consuming foods that are high in protein, iron and vitamin C.</p> <p><strong>Purpose</strong> : The research aims to find out the right formulation of nuggets made from shrimp, tofu, sorghum flour and green spinach, product organoleptic namely color, aroma, taste and texture, analyzing macronutrients (protein, fat and carbohydrates) and micronutrients (iron and Vitamin C).</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong> : The study used a completely randomized design with four formulas namely F1, F2, F3 and F4, based on the comparison of shrimp, tofu, sorghum flour and green spinach, 10:20:30:40; 40:30:20:10; 25:20:15:10; and 10:15:20:25. Statistical analysis used the Kruskall Wallish test and follow-up tests used the Mann-Whitney test.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong> : The results of the study based on the RDA of 30% of female adolescents showed that 100 g of F1 formula contained protein, fat, carbohydrates, iron and vitamin C, namely 45%, 41%, 22%, 51% and 37%. Formula F2 contains 48%, 42%, 19%, 51% and 55%. Formula F3 contains 50%, 41%, 15%, 50% and 74%. Purpose of&nbsp;the study was to examine external factors that affect the remaining plant and vegetable<br>food in the diet of ordinary and soft foods as well as an overview of external factors at&nbsp;Harapan and Doa Hospital, Bengkulu City. </em></p> <p><em><strong>Method</strong>: Cross sectional design with the type of&nbsp;analytic survey research used in this study with a sample of 34 respondents. </em></p> <p><em><strong>Results</strong>: In&nbsp;the remaining vegetable side dishes, timeliness of feeding with a p-value of 0.648, food&nbsp;taste (0.182) and the attitude of the serving staff (0.487) which means that H0 failed to be&nbsp;rejected (&gt; 0.05).
