Adolescents are an age group vulnerable to various health problems, including low health literacy and suboptimal nutritional status. The SIJARI CERDIK (Adolescent Health Counseling and Examination) program was implemented at the Youth Posyandu (Integrated Health Post) in Sukorejo Village, Puh Pelem District, Wonogiri Regency in 2025 with the aim of increasing adolescent health knowledge and awareness. The method used was a pre-test and post-test design on 45 adolescents aged 12–19 years. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 56.8 in the pre-test to 83.4 in the post-test, or an increase of 46.8%. These findings indicate that the SIJARI CERDIK program is effective as a community-based promotive and preventive effort in improving adolescent health literacy..
