The Effect of Hypnobreastfeeding and Endorphin Massage on Breastfeeding Anxiety in Post Partum Mothers at Midwife's Independent Practice Place Palembang City in 2024
Abstract
Backgorund: One of the factors in the failure of the
mother's breastfeeding process is anxiety in the Post
Partum mother. Anxiety when breastfeeding will inhibit
the letdown reflex so that breast milk production is
reduced. Efforts to reduce anxiety levels can be done with
Hypnobreastfeeding and endorphin massage. Purpose: To
determine the effect of Hypnobreastfeeding and
Endorphin Massage on Breastfeeding Anxiety in Post
Partum Mothers at TPMB Palembang City in 2024.
Methode: This type of research is pre-experimental and
has a two group pretest and posttest design. The sample in
the study was 32 respondents using a purposive sampling
technique. Data collection used the HARS instrument and
data analysis used Wilcoxon. The Results : Based on the
test, a p-value of 0.000 was obtained (p-value <0.05),
meaning that there was an effect of providing
Hypnobreastfeeding and Endorphin Massage
interventions on breastfeeding anxiety in Post Partum
mothers. Conclusions: There is an effect of providing
Hypnobreastfeeding and Endorphin Maasgae
interventions on breastfeeding anxiety in Post Partum
mothers at TPMB Palembang City in 2024.
