Faktor Determinan Glukosa Darah Pada Remaja Overweight Dan Obesitas Di Pangkal Pinang
Abstract
Latar Belakang : Diabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit metabolik kadar glukosa darah dalam darah tinggi (Hiperglikemia) yang disebabkan karena ketidak normalan sekresi insulin, fungsi insulin maupun keduanya. Tanda remaja dikatakan kadar glukosa tinggi yaitu sering merasa lapar, haus, sering buang air kecil , berat badan turun tanpa sebab yang jelas, merasa lelah yang konstan, penglihatan kabur, luka yang lama sembuhnya. Tujuan : Mengetahui faktor determinan glukosa darah pada remaja overweight dan obesitas di SMP N 7 Pangkalpinang. Metode : Riset ini bersifat deskriftif analitik dan memakai rancangan penelitian cross sectional korelasi antara variable independent dan variable dependen, dengan analisis data uji correlations. Hasil : Hasil penelitian bivariat pengaruh kadar glukosa darah dengan asupan energi baik 59,2% (p-value<0,001),protein lebih 82,89%(p-value<0,001) lemak kurang 64,5%(p-value<0,001), karbohidrat kurang 42,1%(p-value<0,001), serat kurang 75%(p-value<0,001), status IMT/U (p-value<0,001) overweight 85,5%, kadar glukosa darah sewaktu normal (<200 mg/dL) yaitu dengan angka minimum 69 mg/dL angka maksimum 215 mg/dL dan nilai rerata 100 mg/dL dari 76 responden 68 orang (89,2%) GDS nya normal. Kesimpulan : Terdapat korelasi positif antara asupan zat gizi makro dengan kadar glukosa darah.
