Edukasi Gizi Media Flipbook “Aksi Gen Z Cegah Remaja Obesitas” Berpengaruh Terhadap Pengetahuan Dan Kebiasaan Konsumsi Fast Food
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Obesitas, yakni kondisi kelebihan berat badan hingga 30% atau lebih, menjadi masalah serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur dampak media flipbook “Aksi Generasi Gen Z Cegah Obesitas” pada pengetahuan gizi dan kebiasaan makan siswa SMA Negeri 21 Palembang..
Metode: Penelitian eksperimen semu ini berlangsung dalam kurun waktu 2 bulan di SMA Negeri 21 Palembang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi awal dan akhir, kemudian dianalisis secara statistik untuk mengevaluasi perubahan yang terjadi selama periode penelitian serta mengidentifikasi faktor- faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap hasil yang diamati.
Hasil: Analisis statistik bivariat menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang mencolok antara tingkat wawasan partisipan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi edukasi melalui media flipbook. Rerata skor pemahaman partisipan bertambah sebanyak 20,27 poin persentase, dari 61,08% menjadi 81,35%.
Kesimpulan: Media flipbook terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SMA Negeri 21 Palembang..
