PROMOSI KESEHATAN DENGAN MEDIA VIDEO TENTANG KARIES GIGI PADA REMAJA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS JATI (STUDI DI KOTA PROBOLINGGO)

Proporsi terbesar masalah gigi di Indonesia adalah karies gigi. Untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut, yaitu salah satunya dengan upaya promotif dan preventif dengan mendorong kemandirian pribadi dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Masalah penelitian adalah tingginya angka karies gigi di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jati Kota Probolinggo. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui promosi kesehatan dengan media video tentang karies gigi pada remaja di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jati Kota Probolinggo. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah responden 51 remaja dengan pengisian kuesioner dari google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan cara merekap hasil data yang telah dikumpulkan dan di sajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja tentang karies gigi sebelum promosi kesehatan dengan media video dalam kategori cukup dan pengetahuan remaja tentang karies gigi setelah promosi kesehatan dengan media video dalam kategori baik.

Abstrak
The largest proportion of dental problems in Indonesia is dental caries. To overcome this, namely by promoting and preventing efforts by encouraging personal independence in maintaining healthy teeth and mouth. The problem of this research is the high number of dental caries in the working area of Jati Public Health Center, Probolinggo City. The study aims to determine health promotion using video media about dental caries in adolescents in the working area of Jati Public Health Center, Probolinggo City. The method descriptive with respondents 51 adolescents by filling out a questionnaire from google form. The analysis technique used is to recap the results of the data that has been collected and presented in tabular form. The results showed that knowledge of adolescents about dental caries before health promotion using video media was in enough category and the knowledge of adolescents about dental caries after health promotion using video media was in a good category.
