Non-commercial use of the article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution License as currently displayed on Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
- Author Guarantee
The author warrants that the article is original, written by the author, has not been previously published, does not contain any unlawful statements, does not violate the rights of others, is subject to copyright which is held exclusively by the author and is free from any third party rights, and that any written permission required to cite from other sources has been obtained by the author.
- User/Public Rights
JPP (Palembang Poltekkes Health Journal) will distribute published articles as freely as possible. Under the Creative Commons license, JPP allows users to copy, distribute, display and perform the work for non-commercial purposes only. Users also need to link authors and JPP in distributing works in journals and other publication media. Unless otherwise stated, authors are public entities as soon as their articles are published.
- Author Rights
Authors retain all of their rights to the published work, such as (but not limited to) the following rights:
a. Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to articles, such as patents,
b. The right to use the substance of the article in one's own future work, including teaching materials and books,
c. Right to reproduce articles for own use,
d. The right to self-archive articles,
e. The right to enter into separate additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of published versions of articles (for example, posting them to an institutional repository or publishing them in a book), with acknowledgment of initial publication in this journal (Jurnal Kesehatan Poltekkes Palembang).
If the article is co-authored by more than one author, each author submitting a manuscript that he or she has been authorized by all co-authors to agree to this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to notify the co-authors of the terms of the policy. this. JPP will not be responsible for anything that may arise due to the author's internal dispute. JPP will only communicate with appropriate authors.
Being an openly accessible journal and distributing articles for free under the stated Creative Commons license term, the authors are aware that JPP entitles the authors to no royalties or other fees.
JPP will publish the article (or publish it) in the journal if the article editorial process is successfully completed. JPP editors may modify articles with the style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, references and usage as they deem appropriate.
