Abstract

Gaga/Ginja/ Kronis adalahsuatu periyalritdengan prognosis buruk karena terjadi penurunan fungsi ginjal secara bertahap. Pemenksaan indeks eritrosit dilakukan untuk mengetahui abnormalitas yang mendasari terjadinya Anemia pada pasien gaga/ginjal kronis dengan parameter Mean Corpuscular Yolwne  (MCY) dan Mean Corpuscular Haemoglobin Concentration (MCHC).  Thjuan penelitian ini  adalah untuk  mengetahui indeks  eritrosit pada  pasien gaga/ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis  di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang   berdasarkan    usta, jents  kelamin,  dun frel;uensi   bemodialtsis. Jenis  peneiuian  yang   digunakan adalah deskriptif observasional denganpendekatan  cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian. ini adalah 50 pasien.gaga/ ginjal kronis yang menjalanhi emodialisisyang. diambu secara purposivesampling. Pemeriksaan indeks eritrosit menggunakan alat hematology analyzer metode blood cell counter. Hasil diperoleh rata-raia nilai MCY 85,36 fL dan MCHC 32, 66"Ai. Berdasarkan usia pasien. dengan usia produktif  diperoleh rata-rasa nilai MCY 83,74 FL dan MCHC 32,63% namun pada usia tidak produktif diperoleh rata-rata nilai MCV 86,67JL dan MCHC 32, 71%. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin.pasien dengan jenis  kelamin. laki-laki diperoleh  hasil rata-rata nilai MCY 86,79fL dan MCHC 32, 71% sedangkan pada perempuan diperoleh rata-rata nilai MCV 84, 00jL dan

MCHC 32,65%. Berdasarkan kanfrelmensi hemodialisis pasien dengan frelme, ssi hemodialisis lxlminggudipeYO/eh hasil rata-rata nilai MCV 86,20 fL dan MCHC 32,90% sedang kanfrelmensi hemodialisi «'?!.2x/minggu diperoleh rata-rata nilai MCV 85,J 2 fL dan nilai MCHC32, 63%. Diharapkan  kepada paste» gagal ginjal kronis untuk memeriksa indeks eritrosit setiap tiga bulan untuk mengontrol perkembangan anemia yang terjadi.
