Pengaruh air Rebusan daun Tumbuhan Insulin (Tithonia Diversifollia) terhadap kadar glukosa darah pada penderita Diabetes Melitus di kota Palembang tahun 2016

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kecendenmgan meningkatnya angka  kejadum penyakit non menular di Indonesia,  penyakit Jantung, Hipertensi  danDiabetes   melitus.Penderita.Diabetes melitus adalahkeadaan seseorang  yang mengalami kadar glukosa  darah yang  tinggi ~ 200 mg/dl.   Pada  keadaan  puasa, Keadaan ini terjadi   akibat gangguan metabolisme yang secara genetik  dan klinisdengamnanifestasihangoyatoforansi karbohidrat ditandai  dengan hiperglikemiaTumbuhan Insulin (Tithonia Diversifollia) yang diyakini  dapat  menuru.nkan  glukosa  darah pada penderita  DM karena  mengandung   protein  kaprikromterpana dan paladonoid. Peneliti.an   ini adalah eksperimental yang dilaksanakan diwilayah  kerja puskesmas sosial Palembang  Tahun 2016 dengan  tujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh air rebusan   dauntumbuhan    Insulin  terhadap   kadar  gluk.osa  darah  pada penderita   DM. Jumlahsampcl   yang  dipakai  sebanyak  34 orang  yang terbagi  dalam 2 kelompok  yaitu  Intervensi  dan kontrol dengan  mempetbatikan   kriteria  Inklusi berupa  usia 30-60 tahun laki-laki dan perempuan,   terdiagnosa   DM dan bersedia ikut dalam penelitian ini, Kelompoklnterven.sidengan minum  airrebusan   Tum.buhan Insulin sebanyak 17 orang  dan kelompok kontrol   dengan  aquadest   sebanyak   17  orang.   Uji  statistik   pengolahan   data  dengan program   SPSS  dengan  T.Tes dan Anova  untuk  menguji  beda rata-rata   kelompok.   Ruil  yang  di dapat.  Tes pertama 956, Tes ke 2 0,97,tes ke 3 1,53, tes ke 4 0,05 tes ke 5 0,00 clan tes ke 6 0,00.Sirupulan bohwaAirrebusan daun  Tumbuhen   Insulin yang di berikan  pada penderita Diabetes mellitus dengan C8Ill di minum dapat menunmkankadar glukosa  darah
