Analisis Faktor Risiko Penyakit Hipertensi Pada Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Kemuning Kota Palembang Tahun 2012

Abstract

Latar Belakang:Saat ini hipertensi dapat menimbulkan angka kesakitan dan kematian yang tinggi.Menurut data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palembang jumlah penderita hipertensi pada tahun 2008 berjumlah 17.278, tahun 2009 penderita hipertensi berjumlah 20.994, tahun 2010 penderita hipertensi berjumlah 21.616 dan tahun 2011 sebanyak 352 kasus baru. Tujuan penelitianuntuk menganalisis faktor resiko penyakit hipertensidengan kejadian hipertensi di  Kecamatan Kemuning Kota Palembang.

            Metode:Jenis Penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional,dengan besar sampel 160 responden, pengambilan sampel dengan metode random sampling. Analisis data bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi – square dan analisis mulivariat dengan regresi logistik ganda.

            Hasil: hasilanalisis bivariatmenunjukkan bahwa variabel yang secara statistik berhubungansignifikan dengan kejadian hipertensi adalah umur, pekerjaan, kebiasaan makan makanan asin dan kebiasaan melakukan aktivitas fisik dengan nilai p < 0,05. Sedangkan hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa umur (OR=6,115, 95%CI=2,627-14,234, p=0,0001), riwayat hipertensi dalam keluarga (OR=2,251, 95%CI=1,001-5,060, p=0,05), kebiasaan makan makanan asin (OR=2,093, 95%CI=0,999-4,385, p=0,05) adalah faktor risiko yang paling dominan menyebabkan hipertensi di Kecamatan Kemuning Kota Palembang.

Kesimpulan: responden dengan kelompok umur ≥ 35 tahun 6 kali lebih berisiko untuk terkena penyakit hipertensi dibandingkan dengan responden dengan kelompok umur < 35 tahun. Sedangkan responden yang mempunyai kebiasaan makan makanan asin 2,2 kali lebih berisiko dibandingkan dengan yang tidak makan makanan yang tidak asin serta responden yang mempunyai riwayat keturunan hipertensi dalam keluarga 2 kali lebih risiko dibandingkan dengan yang tidak mempunyai riwayat hipertensi dalam keluarga.
