Hubungan Paritas dan Pekerjaan AKseptor Dengan Pemakaian Kontrasepsi Implant di BPS Kresna Hawati Kel Karang Jaya Palembang Tahun 2012
Abstract
Keluarga Berencana (KB) merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan preventif paling dasar dan utama bagi wanita. Peningkatan dan perluasan KB merupakan salah satu usaha untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian ibu yang tinggi akibat kehamilan yang dialami oleh wanita (Maryani, 2008). KB merupakan program pemerintah untuk menekan jumlah penduduk di Indonesia, implant termasuk salah satu MKET yang efektifitasnya mencegah kehamilan 99%. Di Sumatera Selatan pemakaian implant hanya 16,43%, dan di Palembang hanya terdapat 13,76%. Berdasarkan data yang didapat dari berbagai sumber didapatkan bahwa akseptor KB aktif yang menggunakan implant masih sangat kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk diketahui hubungan paritas dan pekerjaan akseptor dengan pemakaian kontrasepsi implant di BPS Kresna Hawati Kelurahan Karang Jaya Palembang Tahun 2012. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah penggunaan kontrasepsi implant berdasarkan rekam medik terdapat 70 akseptor yang menggunakan kontrasepsi implant dan 267 akseptor yang menggunakan kontrasepsi hormonal lainnya dan sampelnya adalah sebagian populasi dengan pendekatan sistematik random sampling dengan interval sampel. Masing-masing variabel telah diuji dengan menggunakan uji statistik untuk mengetahui hubungan paritas dan pekerjaan akseptor dengan pemakaian kontrasepsi implant di BPS Kresna Hawati Kelurahan Karang Jaya Palembang Tahun 2012. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 337 sampel,
didapatkan yang menggunakan implant sebesar 20,8%, dan akseptor yang menggunakan implant berparitas tinggi sebesar 24,1%, akseptor menggunakan implant yang berkerja sebesar 24,5%. Hasil uji statistik pada paritas p value =0,017 < 0,05 pada pekerjaan p value = 0,003 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan bermakna antara paritas dan pekerjaan akseptor dengan pemakaian kontrasepsi implant. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan petugas kesehatan bekerja sama dengan petugas KB dapat meningkatkan penyuluhan KB dengan mengembangkan konseling mengenai kontrasepsi implant.
