PENERAPAN LEAN MANAGEMENT PADA PROSES RANTAI PASOK BARANG BERBAHAYA DAN BERACUN BAGI MANUSIA DI INDUSTRI ELEKTRONIKA
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan Kepmenaker Nomor 463/MEN/1993 yang mengatur mengenai Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) karyawan dan Undang-udang No.1 Tahun 1970 tentang Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dimana tertulis bahwa perusahaan wajib melakukan upaya untuk menjamin semua pekerja dan orang lainnya yang berada di tempat kerja ataupun di perusahaan agar selalu dalam keadaan selamat dan sehat, serta agar setiap sumber produksi yang berkaitan dengan mesin, peralatan, landasan tempat kerja dan lingkungan tempat kerja digunakan dengan efektif dan efisiensi. Bahan berbahaya dan beracun (B3) memerlukan perlakuan khusus dalam penyimpanannya agar tidak menimbulkan bahaya, baik bagi perusahaan maupun bagi para pekerja dan lingkungan di sekitarnya. Lean management merupakan sebagai salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan untuk memberikan solusi dalam penggunaan gudang terutama dalam penyimpanan B3 dengan aman, efektif dan efisien.
Metode: Lean Management, HIRADC, VSM, peraturan pemerintah dan undang-undang.
Hasil: Dari studi ini didapatkan hasil berupa usulan perangkat penilaian yang dapat digunakan dalam mengimplementasikan lean management beserta tahap demi tahap yang bisa digunakan oleh perusahaan guna memastikan bahan B3 disimpan dengan aman, efektif dan efisien.
Kesimpulan: Dari studi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan lean management akan sangat efektif dilakukan dengan menggunakan Value Stream Map (VSM) dan HIRADC terutama untuk bahan berbahaya dan beracun. Dengan kombinasi ini perbaikan dan peningkatan dalam proses rantai pasok bahan B3 dapat dilakukan secara aman, efektif dan efisien.
