Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Plasenta Previa Di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang Tahun 2009

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Plasenta Previa di Ruang Kebidanan Rumah Sakit
Muhammadiyah Palembang tahun 2009. Metode Penelitian menggunakan data Rekam Medik ruang Kebidanan Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah tahun 2009. Jenis penelitian analitik dengan rancangan Case Control. Kelompok kasus adalah ibu bersalin yang mengalami plasenta previa berdasarkan data rekam medis ruang Kebidanan Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah tahun 2009. Sedangkan kelompok kontrol adalah ibu bersalin normal atau spontan berdasarkan data rekam medis ruang Kebidanan Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah tahun 2009 dan diseleksi secara simple random sampling. Sampel yang diambil dengan rasio 1 : 1 dimana kasus 79 dan kontrol 79. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji X2 pada tingkat kemaknaan p < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik X2 untuk variabel umur diperoleh nilai p = 0,46 (X2 = 0,55) dengan nilai CI 95% = 0,64-2,75. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara umur dengan kejadian plasenta previa. Hasil uji statistik X2 untuk variabel paritas diperoleh nilai p = 0,07 (X2 = 3,15) dengan nilai CI 95% = 0,26 – 1,07. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara umur dengan kejadian plasenta previa. Sedangkan variabel riwayat abortus, hasil uji statistik X2 diperoleh nilai p = 0,01 (X2 = 7,05) dengan nilai CI 95% = 0,16 – 1,77 menunjukkan ada hubungan antara riwayat abortus dengan kejadian plesenta previa.. Nilai OR = 0,3 artinya ibu yang pernah mengalami abortus sebelumnya mempunyai resiko untuk mengalami kejadian plesenta previa sebesar 0,3 kali.
