Hubungan Usia dan Partus Terhadap Penggunaan Kontrasepsi Intra Uteri Device (IUD ) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sidorejo Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun 2011
Abstract
Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara berkembang dengan berbagai masalah. Masalah utama yang dhadapi di Indonesia adalah bidang kependudukan yang masih tingginya dan pemerataan kesejahteraan rakyat. Semakin tinggi pertumbuhan penduduk semakin besar usaha yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan kesejahteraan rakyat. Oleh karena itu pemerintah terus berupaya untuk menekan laju penduduk dengan program Keluarga Berencana (BKKBN, 2003). Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kondisi keluarga agar sejahtera adalah terus meningkatkan promosi dan motivasi program Kbnasional. Dari survey prevalensi kontrasepsi didapatkan proporsi umur wanita pemakai kontrasepsi pada kelompok umur 30-40 tahun (59%) dimana IUD lebih banyak dipakai oleh kelompok umur lebih dari 30 tahun. Pada tahun 2010 di Puskesmas Sidorejo terjadi penurunan cakupan akseptor KB IUD yang cukup signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia dan paritas dengan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi IUD di wilayah kerjaPuskesmas Sidorejo Kota Lubuklinggau tahun 2011. Menggunakan metoxe survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua ibu akseptor KB yang tercatat sebanyak 3.767 dengan sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari 97 responden, sebanyak 3 orang (3,1%) menggunakan kontrasepsi IUD, dan 94 orang (96,9%) tidak menggunaka IUD. Responden yang berusia 35 tahun berjumlah 34 orang (35,1%) dan yang berusia > 35 tahun berjumlah 63 orang (67,4%). Hasil uji Statistikdengan Chi-Square menunjukkanbahwa tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara usia terhadap penggunaan kontrasepsi IUDdi dapat nilai ȡ value = 0.280 (ȡ!Į = 0, 05) dan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara paritas terhadap penggunaan kontrasepsi IUDdi dapat nilai ȡ value = 1,000 (ȡ!Į = 0, 05).Diharapkan pihak Petuagas PLKB agar lebih aktif memberikan KIE mengenai metode kontrasepsi efektif terpilih (MKET) terutama jenis kontrasepsi IUD dan petugas kesehatan terutama bidan meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam pemasangan kontrasepsi IUD.
