Perbandingan Hasil Pemeriksaan Laju Endap Darah Cara Westergren Menggunakan Darah Edta Tanpa Pengenceran Dengan Cara Otomatik
Abstract
Laju Endap Darah merupakan salah satu parameter pemeriksaan darah lengkap yang menggambarkan perbandingan antara eritrosit dan plasma. Peningkatan Laju Endap Darah merupakan respon yang tidak spesifik terhadap kerusakan jaringan dan merupakan petunjuk adanya penyakit.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil pemeriksaan Laju Endap Darah cara Westergren menggunakan darah EDTA tanpa pengenceran dengan cara otomatik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah potong lintang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 50 orang laki-laki yang melakukan general cek-up calon pegawai pada instansi BUMN dengan usia 19 – 35 tahun Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa distribusi statistik hasil laju endap darah cara Westergen menggunakan darah EDTA tanpa pengenceran memiliki median 5,00 dan hasil laju endap darah minimumnya 1 mm/jam dan maksimumnya 20 mm/jam. Distribusi statistik laju endap darah cara Otomatik memiliki median 5,00 dan hasil laju endap darah minimumnya 1 mm/jam dan maksimumnya 14 mm/jam. Berdasarkan Uji statistik yang dilakukan didapat hasil p value = 0,084, berarti Ha ditolak yang artinya tidak ada pengaruh rata-rata hasil pemeriksaan laju endap darah cara Westergren menggunakan darah EDTA tanpa pengenceran dengan cara Otomatik. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan hasil pemeriksaan laju endap darah cara Westergren menggunakan darah EDTA tanpa pengenceran dengan cara otomatik. maka dari itu diharapkan pada klinisi dapat menggunakan hasil pemeriksaan laju endap darah untuk melakukan diagnosa dan pengobatan bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan .
