Identifikasi Zat Pewarna Pada Makanan Jajanan, Frekuensi Jajan, Pengetahuan Gizi Dan Hubungannya Dengan Status Kesehatan Dan Status Gizi Murid Sekolah Dasar Di Wilayah Kelurahan Sukajaya Palembang Tahun
Abstract
Kebiasaan jajan merupakan bagian dari keseharian hampir semua kelompok usia dan kelas sosial, termasuk anak usia sekolah dan golongan remaja. Hampir semua anak usia sekolah suka jajan (95%). Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh BPOM (Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan) di Palembang pada tahun 2009 terhadap makanan jajanan anak sekolah menunjukkan sebesar 26,67% positif mengandung pewarna tekstil Rhodamin B dan siklamat yang berlebihan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi zat pewarna pada produk makanan jajanan, Frekuensi jajan, pengetahuan Gizi dan hubungannya dengan stastus Gkesehatan dan status Gizi Murid Sekolah Dasar di wilayah Kelurahan Sukajaya Palembang Tahun 2013. Subyek penelitian untuk jenis makanan dan minuman adalah sosis, nugget, saos, es cendol, agar – agar, es dawet dan es serut yang dibeli pada Sekolah Dasar di Kelurahan Sukajaya Palembang dan sebagai sampel adalah murid Sekolah Dasar
Kelas IV dan kelas V. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan uji kualitatif zat pewarna pada produk makanan jajanan yang dijual pada Sekolah Dasar Kelurahan Sukajaya Palembang, selanjutnya peneliti menentukan ada atau tidaknya pewarna sintetis makanan dan pewarna sintetis tekstil pada makanan jajanan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Makanan dan Minuman jajanan yang di jual di sekitar lokasi penelitian tidak ditemukan mengandung zat pewarna Tekstil. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara frekuensi jajan dengan status kesehatan Murid, terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan gizi dan Kesehatan dengan status Kesehatan murid, terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara status kesehatan dengan status gizi murid Sekolah Dasar di wilayah Kelurahan Sukajaya Palembang tahun 2013. Kepada petugas Gizi Puskesmas dan Guru UKS di Sekolah setempat disarankan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan penyuluhan tentang makanan jajanan kepada murid dan guru di lingkungan Sekolah Dasar Negeri di wilayah Kelurahan Sukajaya Palembang.
