ANALISIS FAKTOR RISIKO KEJADIAN TB PARU DI KABUPATEN TULANG BAWANG
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan Global TB report 2021, Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke 3 di dunia. Kabupaten Tulang Bawang pada tahun 020 tercatat angka treatment Coverage sebesar 613 TB SO dan 1TB RO (43,49%), tahun 2021 tercatat 611 TB SO dan 0 TB RO (43,28%) dan pada tahun 2022 tercatat 675 TB SO dan 0 TB RO (40,45%), dari target nasionalyang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah sebesar 78%, tentu pencapaian tersebut masih belum memenuhi target. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian TB Paru di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang.
Metode: Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan desain dan pendekatan case control jumlah sempel 114 responden besar sampel 57 sempel kasus, sampel control sebanyak 57, tehnik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan purposive sampling Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kejadian Tuberkulosis.
Hasil: Sebagian besar responden merokok (62,3%), dan sebagian besar memiliki status gizi baik (55,3%) dan memiliki Riwayat kontak dengan penderita TB paru(57,0%) dan sebagian besar memiliki kondisi rumah sehat (63,2%). Terdapat hubungan perilaku merokok dengan kejadian TB paru dan nilai OR (odds Ratio) 3,181 dengan kejadian TB paru dan nilai OR (odds Ratio) 4,977. Terdapat hubungan riwayat kontak penderita dengan kejadian TB paru dan nilai OR (odds Ratio) 4,139 Terdapat hubungan kondisi rumah dengan kejadian TB paru dan nilai OR (odds Ratio) 6,016
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan status gizi, kondisirumah, Riwayat kontak penderita, Riwayat merokok, dengan kejadian TB paru
