Hubungan Tingkat Stress dan Tingkat Pengetahuan Orang Tua terhadap Kejadian Kekerasan pada Anak Usia Sekolah di Kota Samarinda
Abstract
Latar Belakang : Kekerasan pada anak dapat disebebkan oleh berbagai faktor diantaranya adalah stress dan pengetahuan orang tua, Stress dapat meningkatkan resiko kekerasan pada anak diantaranya adalah pengangguran dan penyakit, sementara pengetahuan orang tua dalam membina keluarga dan mendidik anak juga berpengaruh terhadap kekerasan pada anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan tingkat stress dan tingkat pengetahuan orang tua terhadap kekerasan pada anak usia sekolah di kota samarinda.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 182 responden dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis bivariat menggunakan Spearman Rank.
Hasil : Sebagian besar responden berusia 35 – 44 berjumlah 82 orang (44,8%), perempuan 124 orang (68,1%), pendidikan SLTA/sederajat 103 orang (56,6%), ibu rumah tangga 88 orang (48,4%), pendapatan <3.201.396,04 (UMR) sebanyak 92 orang (50,5%). Hasil analisis spearman rank didapatkan ada hubungan yang sangat lemah antara tingkat stress orang tua dengan kejadian kekerasan pada anak (r = -0,112) dan menunjukkan arah yang negatif, ada hubungan yang sangat lemah antara tingkat pengetahuan orang tua terhadap kejadian kekerasan pada anak (r = 0,006) dan menunjukkan arah yang positif.
Kesimpulan : Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat stress orang tua terhadap kejadian kekerasan pada anak, tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan orang tua terhadap kejadian kekerasan pada anak.
