Kepercayaan Diri Akademik Mahasiswa Keperawatan Tingkat Akhir di Jabodetabek
Abstract
Latar belakang: mahasiswa keperawatan tingkat akhir memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar didalam
menjalankan masa akademik sehingga diperlukan kepercayaan diri yang tinggi untuk dapat menjalankan perkuliahan dengan baik. Mahasiswa keperawatan yang berkualitas, harus memiliki kepercayaan diri yang baik karena dapat membantu dalam mengembangkan penilaian positif pada diri, lingkungan dan situasi yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepercayaan diri akademik mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada bidang Keperawatan di Jabodetabek dengan jumlah 97 responden di Jabodetabek. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Convenience Sampling. pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisa univariat (Analisa deskriptif). Hasil: hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kepercayaan diri akademik yang tinggi (positif) yaitu dengan persentase 68%. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa mahasiswa Keperawatan di Jabodetabek memilik rasa kepercayaan diri akademik yang tinggi dan tidak jauh berbeda dengan individu lainnya. Kesimpulan: berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan oleh peneliti kepada responden mahasiswa keperawatan di wilayah Jabodetabek, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian gambaran kepercayaan diri akademik mahasiswa Keperawatan tingkat akhir di Jabodetabek memiliki kepercayaan diri akademik yang tinggi.
