Hubungan Pendidikan, Pengetahuan, dan Sikap Ibu Terhadap Pilihan Penolong Persalinan Di Desa Gunung Agung Kecamatan Semende Darat Tengah Kabupaten Muara Enim

Pembangunan kesehatan di Indonesia sesuai dengan rencana Strategis Kementerian Keseha.tan 2010-2015 mempunyai delapan fokus perioritas yang salah satunya adalah meningkatkan status kesehatan ibu, bayi dan balita dan Keluarga Berencana. Beberapa indikator penting yang terkait dengan status kesehatan ibu dan bayi antara lain AKI (Angka Kcmatian lbu) dan AKB (Angka Kematian Bayi) (Kemenkes RI, 2013). Di Indonesia berdasarkan basil Survey Demogra1i Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2012, angka k.ematian ibu (AKI) mencapai 359/100.000 kelahiran hidup (KH). Menurut data dari Polindes GunungAgung Kecamatan Semende Darat Tengah Kabupatcn Maura Eni.m Tahun 2014 dari 97 persalinan, hanya 52 ibu (53,6%) yang melahirkan dengan tenaga kesehatan, sedangkan 45 orang melahi:rkan dengan dukun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pendidilcan, pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tfflladtp pemi1ihan penolong persalinan di Wilayah Kerja Poskesdes Gunung Agung Kecamatan Semende Darat Tc:ngah Kabupaten Muara Enim Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bersifat survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitiaa ini semua ibu bersalin yang melahirlcan dari Januari - Desember 2014 di Desa GunungAgung Kecarnatan Semende Darat Tengah Kabupaten Muara Enim. Sampelnya adalah total populasi berjumlah 97 orang. Instrumen pengumpu1an data menggunalom kuesioner dan angket skala likert. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, Dari basil penelitian pada analisa univariat sebagian besar responden memilih bersalin dengan tenaga kesehatan yaitu 52 orang (53,6%), sebagian besar responden berpendidikan rendah yaitu 71 orang (73,2%), sebagian besar responden memiliki pengelllhuan balk yaitu sebanyak 54 orang (55,7%), sebagian besar responden mi.k:i sikap mendukung yaitu sebanyak 56 ormg (57,7%). Dari analisa bivariat ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pendidikan dengan pilihan penolong persalinan dengan X' hitung 5,41 > X2 Tabel 3,84, ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pcngetahuan dengan pilihan penolong persalinan dengan X' hitung 8,35 > X1Tabel 3,84. Ada hubungan yang betma1aia antara sikap deng;m pilihan penolongpersalinan denganX2 hitung 4,21 > X2 Tabel 3,84. I>isarankan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk memberikan konseling tentang pemeriksaan. kehamilan yang tcratur dan persalinan yang aman dan bersih dengim tenaga kesehatan.
