Hubungan Antara Pekerjaan dan Pendidikan Ibu Menyusui Dengan Pemberian Asi Eksklusif Di BPM Tri Yosi, AM, Keb Ujan Mas Kabupaten Muara Enim
Abstract
Di Indonesia saat ini tercatat Anglea K.ematian Bayi masih tinggi yaitu 3 5 bayi tiap 1. 000 kelahiran hidup dan Berdasarkan data di BPM Tri Yosi AM.Keh Ujan Mas K.abupaten Muara enim, jumlah ibu menyusui yang anaknya berusia ~24 bulan adalah 72 orang dan yang mendapatASl eksklusif sebanyak 40 anakdan yang tidak mendapat ASI eksltlusif sebanyak 32 anak.Tujuan penclitian ini untuk mcngctahui Hubungan Pckerjaan dan Pcndidikan lbu menyusui dcngan pembcrian ASI eksklusif ASI mcrupakan satu-satunya sumber gizi yang berkontribusi terbadap pertumbuhan dan perkcmbangan otak scrta si.stem saraf bayi, kematangan sistem pcnccmaan dan perkembangan sistem kekebalan tubuh. Pcneliti. ha.nya mencliti 2 variabcl saja yaitu sebagai variabel independen pekerjaan dan pendidikan terbadap variabcl dependen pemberianASI Eksklusif Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Sr,,wy tu111litilcdengaopendeutcm s~dioaal .Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 6-24 bulan, baik yang menggunalcan ASI Esklusif ataupun tidak menggunakan ASI Es1d118if yang berkunjung di BPM Tri Yosi, AM.Kd>. Sample dari penelitian Total dari Populasi. lstrumen Pcngumpulan data Checklist Dari basil Univarat ASl Esltlusif: 40 orang (55,5%) TidakASI Eklusif': 32 orang (44.4%) dapat dilihat dari 72 rcsponden didepatkan ibu memberik.an ASI cksklusif dan ibu yang Bckerja 34 orang (47,2 %) Dan yang tidak bckcrja : 38 orang danibu ygpendidikan Tinggi : 29 (40.3) danPendidikan rcndah adalah 43 (59,7).Hasil UjiStatistikhitungdapalkannilaiX'(hitung}= S,89 ~ X'(tabc1)=3,84. dapatkannilai X" (hitung) = 11,82 ~ X' (tabel) = 3,84. lni menunjukan ada hubungan antara pcndidi.kao dengan pemberianASI eksldusif dapatkan nilai X' (hitung) = S,89 ~ X' (tabel) = 3,84. Ini menunjukan ada hubungan antara pekerjaan dcngan pemberian ASI eksklusit Hasil Pcnelitian ini, dapat dilihat bahwa ibu yang dikatagorik:an memiliki pckerjaan dan pendidikan tinggi baoyak mcmberikan ASI Esklusif dibandingan ibu yang dengan tidak Bekcrja dan pcndidi.kao rendah, karcna seseorang dcngan bck.erja dan pendidilam mcmililo pcranan pentiog. Melalui Pcnelitian ini diharapkan para petugas kesebatan dapat mcningbtkan pcmberian penyuluhan tentang pcntingnya pemberianASIEkslusif.
