HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN PERILAKU SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (SDM) TENTANG PENGELOLAAN SEDIAAN OBAT PSIKOTROPIKA DI APOTEK WILAYAH SEBERANG ILIR KOTA PALEMBANG
Abstract
Latar belakang: Sesuai dengan Permenkes No.3 tahun 2015 tentang tentang Peredaran, Penyiapan, Pemusnahan, dan Pelaporan Narkotika, Psikotropika, dan Prekusor Farmasi dan Peraturan Kepala Badan POM tentang PedomanTeknis Cara Distribusi Obat Yang Baik, maka setiap SDM di apotek wajib mengetahui dan menjalankan aturan terkait psikotropika dengan baik dan benar. Bila pengetahuannya baik, maka diharapkan semua apotek sudah menjalankan peraturan dan perundang-undangan tersebut dengan benar. Dari beberapa kasus dijumpai bahwa masih banyak praktek yang tidak benar terutama dalam pelayanan di apotek Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan pengetahuan dan perilaku SDM di apotek tentang pengelolaan sediaan obat psikotropika yang benar sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental analitik dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Dilakukan pada beberapa apotek di wilayah Seberang Ilir Palembang, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 147 orang yang merupakan SDM di Apotek, baik apoteker, TTK maupun tenaga yang lain. Data didapat dari kuisioner yang memuat sejumlah pertanyaan tentang pengetahuan dan praktek pelayanan psikotropika. Lalu diuji dengan kai-kuadrat.
Hasil: 124 responden memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi sisanya rendah. Namun dari jumlah tersebut hanya 103 responden yang memiliki perilaku baik dan sisanya tidak baik. Dari analisis secara kai-kuadrat ternyata tidak ada hubungan yang proporsional antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku SDM apotek tentang pengelolaan obat psikotropika (P-value = 0,290).
Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan tentang berbagai peraturan dan perundang-undangan tidak berhubungan langsung dengan perilaku SDM di apotek, karena selain dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, perilaku SDM di apotek juga dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan Pemilik Sarana Apotek (PSA), ketersediaan psikotropika dan jenis kegiatan yang pernah dilakukan terkait psikotropika.
