Hubungan antara Usia Ibu, Komplikasi Kehamilan dan Persalinan dengan Kejadian Depresi Postpartum di Puskesmas

Latar Belakang: Usia muda dikaitkan degan ketidaksiapan perempuan untuk menjadi ibu, dikaitkan dengan kesehatan fisik dan mental. Memiliki anak pada usia muda meningkatkan resiko terjadinya komplikasi selama kehamilan, persalinan, dan masa nifas. Komplikasi bisa berupa penyakit pada ibu, janin serta gangguan Kesehatan mental seperti depresi postpartum. Tujuan study: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara usia ibu, komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan dengan kejadian depresi postpartum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Samarinda. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengujian hubungan antar variabel yaitu usia ibu, komplikasi kehamilan, komplikasi persalinan dan depresi postpartum dengan jumlah responden 117 ibu yang berusia dibawah 25 tahun, dan telah memiliki anak dengan usia 6-36 bulan, yang dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kota Samarinda. Analisa data dengan menggunakan Rank sparemant dengan dimulai menggunakan uji Univariat. Hasil : Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara komplikasi kehamilan dengan depresi postpartum, namun tidak ditemukan hubungan antara komplikasi persalinan dengan depresi postpartum. Selain itu, tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia ibu dengan kejadian depresi postpartum.Manfaat : Hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan informasi bagi peneliti selanjutnya. Kesimpulan : tidak Ada hubungan antara usia ibu saat ini dengan depresi postpartum, ada hubungan antara komplikas kehamilan terhadap depresi postpartum dan tidak ada hubungan komplikasi persalinan pada depresi postpartum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Samarinda.
