FAKTOR RISIKO KUALITAS HIDUP KLIEN CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE DI RUANG HEMODIALISIS RUMAH SAKIT KOTA PALEMBANG
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Pasien Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) memerlukan hemodialisis akibat mengalami gangguan fungsi endokrin, metabolik, cairan dan elektrolit serta asam basa. Tindakan hemodialisis tersebut dapat berdampak terhadap kualitas hidup responden. Berbagai faktor yang diduga berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pada responden hemodialisis diantaranya faktor demografi, lama menjalani hemodialisis, depresi, ansietas dan dukungan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bahwa faktor demografi, lama hemodialisis, ansietas, depresi dan dukungan berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pada responden yang menjalani hemodialisis.
Metode: Penelitian merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara acak sederhana dan jumlah sampel 46 orang yang menjalani hemodialisis di RS. Siti Khadijah Palembang.
Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden yang berkualitas hidup kurang baik (54.3%).Tidak ditemukan hubungan antara kualitas hidup dengan faktor demografi, lama hemodialisa, ansietas. Kualitas hidup memiliki hubungan dengan depresi ( pv=0,007) dan dukungan keluarga (pv=0,012).
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa depresi dan dukungan keluarga merupakan faktor independen yang berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi perawat hemodialisis dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis baik berupa nutrisi, psikologis, exercise sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.
