Abstract

Program jaminan persalinan adalah salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu dan anak. Bidan seharusnya dapat ikut berperan serta dalam program tersebut. Keikutsertaan bidan praktik mandiri dalam program jampersal dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, sikap dan sosialisasi program. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap, dan sosialisasi program terhadap keikutsertaan bidan praktik mandiri dalam
program jampersal di Kota Prabumulih dan Kabupaten Muara Enim.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mix method dengan pendekatan sequential explanatory. Subjek penelitian adalah bidan yang menyelenggarakan praktik mandiri di Kota Prabumulih dan Kabupaten Muara Enim. Sampel kuantitatif berjumlah 50 orang bidan, pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik samplingjenuh. Sampel kualitatifberjumlah 13 orang. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan uji chi square, Kruskal Wallis dan Mann whitney U Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan yang baik tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keikutsertaan bidan praktik mandiri dalam program jam persal (p>0,05), Sikap bidan yang mendukung berpengaruh positif terhadap keikutsertaan bidan dalam program jampersal (p<0,05), sosialisasi program yang baik berpengaruh positif terhadap keikutsertaan bidan dalam program jampersal (p<0,05). Hasil analisis kualitatif didapatkan bahwa sikap bidan praktik mandiri dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu bidan, orang lain, dan objek sikap. Sosialisasi program jampersal dipengaruhi oleh agen sosialisasi, materi, sasaran, dan waktu.
Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keikutsertaan bidan praktik mandiri dalam program jampersal, sikap dan sosialisasi program berpengaruh terhadap keikutsertaan bidan praktik mandiri dalam programjampersal. Sikap bidan praktik mandiri terhadap progam jampersal dipengaruhi oleh individu bidan, orang lain, dan objek sikap. Sosialisasi program jampersal dipengaruhi oleh agen sosialisasi, materi, sasaran dan waktu.
