Tingkat Stres, Ansietas dan Depresi Perawat Dalam Memberikan Pelayanan Keperawatan Pada Pasien Covid-19
Abstract
Latar Belakang : Pandemi Covid-19 terus menunjukkan peningkatan kasus yang signifikan. Covid-19 telah banyak menimbulkan korban jiwa, selain itu juga berdampak terhadap gangguan kesehatan mental bagi korban ataupun tenaga kesehatan seperti perawat yang bertugas berupa stres, ansietas, dan depresi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat stres, ansietas dan depresi perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan pada pasien Covid-19 di RSUD dr. H. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja tahun 2021. Metode : . Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Waktu penelitian pada tanggal 10-25 Juli 2021 di RSUD dr. H. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja. Jumla sampel 47 orang , teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan adalah DASS 42. Hasil : Karakteristik responden berdasarakan usia didapatkan rata-rata usia responden yaitu 36,43 tahun, Sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 28 orang (59,6%). Sebagian besar responden berpendidikan D3 Keperawatan sebanyak 26 orang (55,3%). Sebagian besar responden telah menikah sebanyak 31 orang (66%). Sebagian besar perawata mengalami tingkat depresi ringan sebanyak 28 orang (59,6%), tingkat ansietas sedang sebanyak 20 orang (42,6%), tingkat stres sedang sebanyak 25 orang (53,2%). Kesimpulan : perawat mengalami tingkat depresi ringan, ansietas sedang dan tingkat stres sedang
