Hubungan Penggunaan Media Sosial Dengan Perilaku Kesehatan Remaja
Abstract
Latar Belakang : Remaja merupakan masa rentan terhadap perilaku yang tidak baik dan juga mengalami ketergantungan terhadap penggunaan media sosial sehingga mempengaruhi perilaku kesehatannya. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan media sosial dengan perilaku kesehatan remaja. Metode : Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 91 responden dan alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar remaja merupakan pengguna media sosial yang aktif (68,1%), sebagian besar remaja memiliki perilaku kesehatan yang baik (61,5%) dan hasil uji chi square didapatkan nilai p = 0,013. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar remaja merupakan pengguna media sosial yang aktif dan memiliki perilaku kesehatan yang baik. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penggunaan media sosial dengan perilaku kesehatan remaja.
