HUBUNGAN JUMLAH INFEKSI OPORTUNISTIK BERDASARKAN NILAI CD4 PASIEN HIV/AIDS
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Penyakit HIV disebabkan oleh virus yang menyerang kekebalan tubuh yaitu limfosit T CD4+ sehingga terjadi penurunan pertahanan tubuh, dan beresiko terinfeksi penyakit oportunistik. Tujuan : mengetahui hubungan infeksi oportunistik dinilai berdasarkan CD4 pasien tersebut. Metode :Menggunakan desain Cross sectional dengan sampel sebanayk 54 orang, dengan Teknik sampling purposive sampling, dan analisis data menggunakan Chi square. Hasil : Infeksi oportunistik >1 dengan CD4 CD4 ≤ 200 sel/μl didapatkan 22 orang, dan CD4 ≥ 200 sel/ μl didapatlkan 1 orang. Pasien HIV/AIDS yang ditemukan 1 infeksi oportunistik dengan CD4 ≤ 200 sel/μl sebanyak 36 orang, dan CD4 CD4 ≥ 200 sel/ μl ditemukan 18 orang. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara infeksi oportunistik dengan CD4 setelah dilakukan analisis menggunakan Chi Sqaure dengan p-value : 0,000
